To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed in the original condition. We will be happy to assist you in case you received a defective or incorrect item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Impact Collectives is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping once the package departs our warehouse.
The carrier will carefully determine if your order can be left in a secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our team and we will be happy to help you.
